Croissants Anybody?

I thawed a chunk of my Easter ham and got some fancy cheese (smokey cheddar, havarti dill, and baby swiss) and decided to make ham and cheese croissants. Keefe was going to make me the dough, but he has been working so hard that he was always too tired, so I finally hunkered down and made it myself. It is a long process- about a day-to get it all perfectly flakey. I was afraid my ham was too thick so I made them cinnamon roll style instead of traditional croissant style. They grew really big, but sideways. Keefe says he's never seen them like that before... They were delicious anyway and I have learned a lot from the experience. YummyYummmyYummmmy!!!

Yes, it is the size of my face!

Cousin Courtney's Wedding

Here are some fun photos of the reception of Keefe's cousin Courtney and her husband Brian's wedding at the Denver Botanical Garden that we helped with. Keefe made the chocolate truffles. They were oh so creamy!
